Order preparation
Orders with in-stock products are prepared within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Made-to-order products
Many products in our catalogue are marked Made to order on the product page: they are not already in our warehouse, and we order them from Japan right after your purchase. They reach us in 2–3 business days and we ship them as soon as they arrive. For delivery within Italy, allow about 5–8 business days in total from your order.
If a made-to-order product is no longer available from our suppliers, we'll email you straight away and you can choose to wait for new stock or cancel your order with a full refund.
Pre-orders
Pre-order products ship as soon as they reach our warehouse. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together once all products are ready. If you'd rather receive the in-stock part first, write to us after ordering and we'll arrange two separate shipments.
Release dates are set by the manufacturers and may change. If a pre-order is significantly delayed we'll let you know, and you can choose to wait or cancel with a full refund.
Packaging
Every order is protected according to its format: sealed boxes travel with shock-absorbing fill to prevent crushed corners, single cards in a toploader and sleeve, graded cards secured in their slab. For collectibles, careful packaging is part of the service, not an extra.
Tracking
You receive the tracking code by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. If you can't find it, check your spam folder before writing to us.
Shipping outside the European Union
For non-EU destinations, customs duties and local taxes may apply. They are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout. The amount depends on the destination country's rules.
Damaged or missing parcel
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, accept the delivery with reservation: sign the courier's delivery note adding "accepted with reservation due to damaged packaging". Without this reservation the courier may reject the claim.
Keep the packaging and product and write to us within 48 hours at support@collectown.com with photos of the closed parcel, the inner packaging and the item. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
