Paramount War is the second expansion set for the One Piece Card Game. The action heats up with this set based on one of the most iconic events in the long history of One Piece : the Paramount War sagatells of the clash that represents the inevitable culmination of decades of tension between the greatest of the Emperors and the entire Navy. And between the Whitebeard Pirates and the forces led by Sengoku the Buddha, dear Luffy also intends to have his say, and right after Marineford he will embark on a path of growth that serves as a chase towards his great goal: to become the Pirate King!

This second set features the characters who had their say in the War to Save Ace Fire Fist: The Whitebeard Pirates, the Three Admirals, Emporio Ivankov and of course Luffy and his brother Ace himself! Many cards in the set are "Black" cards that are excellent for implementing in the Absolute Justice ST-06 Starter Deck, but some interesting new cards also make their appearance: the Multicolored Leaders offer maximum versatility and among them is none other than the legendary Navy hero Garp!
